The curators answer their own correspondence. There is no queue and no ticket number — there is a person who knows the objects.

We answer within two business days. Write in English, French, German or Japanese — we will reply in the language you use, in English until those desks are fully staffed.
Before You Acquire
Ask us anything. Which object a tradition would actually raise against your particular trouble. What a piece measures in the hand, and what it weighs. Whether a material will clear your country’s border. Whether a rite can be kept honestly in a small flat, or in a house you share.
We would far rather talk you out of the wrong object than sell it to you. An instrument acquired for the wrong reason is, in every tradition we keep, worse than no instrument at all.
After It Arrives
